Key Responsibilities
- Manage coordination among various teams and project participants, including both external and internal stakeholders, acting as a process facilitator.
- Encourage efficient collaboration and communication among all project members, eliminating obstacles and communication challenges.
- Identify and enhance dysfunctional processes.
- Conduct testing of processes and systems, including overseeing issue resolution and proper documentation.
- Administer the "OpenProject" tool, ensuring ongoing supervision and tracking of pending tasks.
- Serve internally as a moderator, consultant, and mediator.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for employees on topics such as Scrum and agile management.
- Monitor work through KPIs to detect fluctuations and identify trends.
- Optionally, act as Product Owner for selected projects.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong expertise in Scrum, agile methodologies, moderation, and change management.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach; certifications are desirable.
- Affinity for the IT sector.
- Excellent negotiation skills and outstanding communication capabilities.
- Problem-solving and solution-driven mindset.
