Key Responsibilities

• Manage coordination among various teams and project participants, including both external and internal stakeholders, acting as a process facilitator.
• Encourage efficient collaboration and communication among all project members, eliminating obstacles and communication challenges.
• Identify and enhance dysfunctional processes.
• Conduct testing of processes and systems, including overseeing issue resolution and proper documentation.
• Administer the "OpenProject" tool, ensuring ongoing supervision and tracking of pending tasks.
• Serve internally as a moderator, consultant, and mediator.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for employees on topics such as Scrum and agile management.
• Monitor work through KPIs to detect fluctuations and identify trends.
• Optionally, act as Product Owner for selected projects.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong expertise in Scrum, agile methodologies, moderation, and change management.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach; certifications are desirable.
• Affinity for the IT sector.
• Excellent negotiation skills and outstanding communication capabilities.
• Problem-solving and solution-driven mindset.
