Scrum Master / Agile Product Owner

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master / Agile Product Owner to join a significant technology transformation project based in Dublin with a hybrid working schedule (three days onsite weekly). This initial engagement spans 12 months, with potential extensions up to three years. The position focuses heavily on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience, with preference for candidates familiar with AMLA standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and encourage Agile methodologies across delivery teams.
• Assist in planning, initiating, and successfully executing technology delivery projects.
• Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders to align project priorities and outcomes.
• Manage and monitor risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies through RAID logs.
• Ensure clear communication and coordination among multiple teams within a complex program setup.
• Provide coaching and guidance to teams emphasizing Agile principles and continuous enhancement.
• Maintain delivery governance and fulfill requirements for program reporting.

Experience and Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience as Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner, or Agile Delivery Lead in large technology transformation programs.
• Strong history of managing complex technological changes via Agile frameworks.
• Experience related to AML projects, particularly AMLA, is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in handling RAID logs and program risk and dependency management.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with experience working across diverse business and IT teams.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
