Overview
This role is open for Shri Ram International School, Panwari, Agra, hiring for both Teachers (Pre-Primary to Grade XII) and the position of School Coordinator / Vice Principal. The Coordinator/Vice Principal is pivotal in ensuring seamless academic and administrative operations across all grades, from Pre-Primary through Grade 12, promoting quality education and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee academic activities, ensuring the curriculum is delivered effectively and teaching methods are up-to-date and student-focused.
- Supervise lesson planning, classroom instruction, and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching standards.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support of teaching staff, assign workloads, prepare timetables, and conduct orientations and evaluations.
- Monitor and support student academic progress and well-being, including counseling and promoting discipline.
- Plan and coordinate examinations, assessments, report card compilation, and analyze academic outcomes for continual improvement.
- Engage and communicate effectively with parents, organizing meetings and responding to concerns.
- Ensure smooth daily academic operations, maintain compliance with policies, and coordinate with administrative departments.
- Prepare academic calendars, unit plans, and monitor curriculum implementation aligned with educational standards.
- Organize and supervise school events such as Annual Day, Sports Day, cultural programs, assemblies, competitions, educational tours, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Conduct quality assurance through academic audits, data analysis, and continuous enhancements while ensuring adherence to board and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain academic records, prepare reports, assist with admissions support, school inspections, and documentation management.
- Lead in the absence of the principal, facilitate faculty meetings, support strategic planning, and cultivate a positive and collaborative school culture.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Mandatory B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Preferably additional qualifications in educational leadership.
- 5-10 years of teaching experience with a minimum of 3 years in academic leadership roles such as Academic Coordinator, Head of Department, or Vice Principal.
- Experience managing educational programs from Pre-Primary to Grade 12.

Compensation
The monthly salary will be aligned with the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and leadership strength, typically ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 INR.
