About the Role
Join a dynamic team focused on preparing and managing Integrated Project Master Schedules (IPMS) along with scheduling, earned value, and project controls reports for External Maintenance Availabilities (EMA’s), Defect Rectification Periods (DRP’s), and Maintenance Window Opportunities (MWO’s). This position supports Babcock's contracts for total asset management of the Anzac Class frigates until the end of their lifecycle. The role is permanent and based in Henderson, Western Australia.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage the IPMS for projects.
- Analyze schedule variances regularly.
- Identify and quantify schedule risks.
- Produce earned value analysis, critical path method, and associated reports.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an adept problem solver with excellent analytical abilities and a strong team player. They demonstrate high ethical standards, integrity, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in a scheduler/planner role is essential, along with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel. A working knowledge of earned value analysis and critical path method is required.

- Eligibility or possession of an Australian Defence Security Clearance appropriate to role requirements.
- Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).
