Role Overview

This position is focused on scaled customer success across EMEA. The person in this role will support a broad customer portfolio, help onboard and grow accounts, and use targeted programs and outreach to improve adoption, activation, and expansion. The role also involves close partnership with sales teams and acting as a trusted guide who helps customers get more value from Notion.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee a substantial customer portfolio across EMEA.
  • Support onboarding and account growth through customized consultations, training sessions, and assistant programs.
  • Build and launch outreach campaigns at scale to the right customer contacts to improve adoption.
  • Partner closely with sales counterparts to strengthen product usage and customer success outcomes.
  • Represent the product internally and externally, helping customers improve workflows and increase return on investment.
  • Spot strategic accounts that can drive more monthly active users and additional seat growth.
  • Identify customers who are not fully using the platform’s potential and work with them on an action plan for better results.
  • Contribute ideas and insights that help shape broader growth strategy.

  • Helping expand adoption for a product that solves practical business problems for organizations of all sizes, from major enterprises to personal use cases and even nonprofit work.
  • Contributing to the foundation of customer success by helping define sales-assisted motions as part of an early team.
  • Serving as a dependable advisor and product specialist through onboarding, trainings, and working sessions.
  • Sharing customer insights that influence future product direction and help teams prioritize what comes next.
  • Growing professionally while working on high-impact challenges in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should bring at least 3 years of experience in a fast-growing software company, along with a proven record of success in customer success or account management. Fluency in Spanish is required. The role also calls for experience handling a high volume of accounts, strong self-motivation, a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and comfort working in an evolving team and business environment.

Applicants should enjoy helping others solve business problems, working with new people, and learning how to use AI tools to work more efficiently. Prior experience in building customer success playbooks, running scaled programs, managing campaigns in Outreach, using Notion, or working with Salesforce and Gainsight would be advantageous. Technical strength and prior experience as an early hire in a fast-growing startup are also valued.

Additional Information

Notion offers competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation for this role depends on factors such as location, scope of the position, and the candidate’s background and expertise. The estimated total on-target earnings, including base pay and incentive compensation, are €89,000 to €100,000 per year.
