Role Summary

• Manage a sizable portfolio of customers across EMEA.
• Drive customer onboarding and growth by delivering personalized Notion consultations, training sessions, and assistant programs.
• Plan and implement large-scale outreach campaigns to key contacts to promote Notion adoption.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to boost Notion usage.
• Act as the internal product champion to optimize customer workflows and maximize their ROI from Notion.
• Identify strategic customers for engagement to increase active user counts and license expansion.
• Proactively reach out to underutilizing customers to develop action plans ensuring their success.
• Contribute insights to refine overall growth strategies.

Achievements Expected

• Promote widespread adoption and expansion of a beloved product used by major global companies and diverse groups including non-profits.
• Help establish the foundation of Customer Success practices at Notion as part of an early-stage sales and success team.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert by leading onboarding, training, and collaborative sessions.
• Provide valuable product feedback derived from direct customer interactions to influence future developments.
• Enhance personal skills by addressing significant challenges within a rapidly growing organization.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience at a fast-growing software company.
• Proven success in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
• Fluent in Russian.
• Experience managing high volumes of accounts.
• Strong self-motivation, a drive for top performance, and a collaborative mindset.
• Growth-oriented attitude eager to contribute in a developing team environment.
• Enjoy helping others succeed and excel.
• Flexibility and resilience in fast-changing business and industry conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and solve business challenges.
• Interest in AI tools with a willingness to adopt innovative technologies to improve work efficiency.

Desirable Additional Skills

• Experience developing Customer Success playbooks or processes.
• Background in scaled program management or campaign building using tools like Outreach.
• Familiarity with Notion application.
• Curiosity about data and experience with Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Track record of early-stage hiring and growth in startups.
• Strong technical proficiency.

Compensation and Equality

Compensation for this position is highly competitive, combining salary, equity, and benefits, and will be tailored based on location, role relevance, and candidate expertise. The anticipated total on-target earnings range is approximately €89,000 to €100,000 annually.
