Saviynt IGA Specialist

Role Overview

This position is focused on supporting and implementing Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for medium to large clients spanning multiple industries. The role requires strong foundational knowledge in identity and access management (IAM) concepts such as Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and provisioning mechanisms. Additionally, a robust background in Java coding and development is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support and implementation services for Saviynt IGA deployments.
• Handle complex incidents and troubleshoot issues with composure especially during critical production scenarios.
• Work collaboratively as part of a technical team ensuring smooth delivery and resolution of problems.

Technical Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience supporting Saviynt IGA tool implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years in Level 3 support capacity specifically for Saviynt IGA.
• Proficient with Java / J2EE, JavaScript, scripting languages, and XML.
• In-depth knowledge of access review and certification processes within Saviynt.
• Advanced debugging skills for Java applications.
• Solid understanding of LDAP protocols and hands-on experience with various LDAP directories.
• Experienced in developing and supporting workflows, forms, and other integral Saviynt components.
• Familiarity with application/web servers like Tomcat, WebLogic, and WebSphere or experience in developing J2EE-based products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate globally and interact directly with customers.
• Previous customer-facing experience is mandatory.
