Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)

Overview

This opportunity is with a telecom multinational company based in Noida. The position focuses on governance, risk, compliance, audit support, and information security controls across client and internal environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out independent assessments of client governance, risk, and compliance setups, and suggest practical mitigation actions for areas such as SOX, GDPR, and NSA compliance.
• Support the preparation of process and control documentation related to control implementation.
• Take part in regulatory audits covering both process and IT areas, along with management reporting activities.
• Help with the implementation of IT governance practices.
• Research and benchmark best practices in core business processes and IT security.
• Contribute to the design of service offerings aligned to industry regulatory and compliance needs.
• Assist in building and rolling out operational and enterprise risk frameworks.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders on compliance reporting and continuous improvement of the project’s risk and compliance framework.
• Lead or support risk, compliance, and audit programs, including external and internal compliance assessments.
• Support the timely closure of audit non-conformities.
• Track compliance with contractual IT security obligations and customer policies and procedures.
• Make sure relevant data privacy controls are in place and that GDPR requirements are being monitored.
• Serve as the contact point for reporting and investigating any data breach-related matter.
• Assess whether data privacy requirements have been satisfied.
• Conduct delivery center assessments and submit findings with mitigation plans and management responses.
