Job Overview

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and well-presented individual to serve as a Showroom Host at our OMODA / JAECOO Dealership located in Solihull. This role involves working every Saturday from 9am to 5pm and is crucial in ensuring seamless and organized front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming visitors to the dealership and directing customers to the appropriate staff members.
• Answering incoming phone calls and routing them to the correct departments.
• Assisting various departments with customer events and promotional activities.
• Performing occasional administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in customer-facing roles with a proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Confidence in engaging with new people daily and building rapport quickly to establish a positive first impression.
• A customer-focused attitude with strong motivation to represent the dealership with excellence.
