About the Role
We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to join our dynamic team in Perth on a permanent full-time basis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to multiple client projects while working within a market-leading team focused on SAP SF Payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding efficiently and accurately to incident and change requests across multiple client organizations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including functional and technical SAP specialists on design, development, and end-user guidance, particularly within Payroll and Employee Central Payroll modules.
- Providing effective solutions, workarounds, and ongoing communication regarding ticket progress to clients.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and internal policies.
- Understanding user reporting needs and resolving end-user queries promptly.
- Troubleshooting issues, investigating root causes, and escalating concerns or raising issues to SAP when necessary.
- Maintaining and enhancing process documentation and procedures.
- Balancing payroll transactions and reconciling general ledger postings.

The Human Resources Technology (HRT2) team offers specialized services involving leading HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and Kronos. We are recognized globally for excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum three years of comprehensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules—Employee Central and Payroll expertise is essential; familiarity with Learning, Performance, Onboarding, Recruitment, and Reporting modules is advantageous.
- Strong ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient at expectation management and prioritization between stakeholders.
- Skilled in investigating payroll-related errors and collaborating in a team to determine root causes.
- Understanding of when and how to escalate issues appropriately.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, compliance standards, and reporting obligations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
