Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing and Management, with mandatory certifications in Onboarding (1.0 or 2.0).
- Participated in at least two comprehensive SuccessFactors full lifecycle implementations.
- Responsible for managing semi-annual release management activities.
- Possess knowledge of People Analytics and experience with Story reports.
Additional Information
- Position based in Chennai at Ozone Techno Park, No.1/13, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Navallur.
- Work hours for walk-in interviews: 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays.
- Experience required: between 5 to 13 years.
