Role Overview
The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Manager will deliver functional support and ongoing enhancements for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central platform. Daily responsibilities include resolving system issues, configuring system improvements, and maintaining platform efficiency in adherence to service agreements. The role requires proactive engagement with quarterly software updates, carrying out impact assessments, and advising on optimisations to improve processes and client user experience.
About the Team
This position is part of the Deloitte HRT2 team, which offers comprehensive services across leading HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management solutions globally, including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and Kronos. Deloitte is recognised for industry-leading services and support in these domains.
Candidate Profile
- At least three years of practical experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in business-as-usual or managed service contexts.
- Strong expertise configuring various Employee Central modules.
- Adept at diagnosing complex functional problems and performing root cause analyses.
- Experienced in handling quarterly SuccessFactors updates, including impact reviews and regression testing.
- Thorough understanding of HR lifecycle processes and data governance protocols.
- Proven ability to work effectively within SLA-driven environments managing multiple client demands.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly advantageous.
