About the Roles
Mindgraph Technologies is seeking experienced consultants for two critical contract roles within SAP SuccessFactors. Both positions offer remote work anywhere in India and require a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in their respective domains.
Role 1: SAP SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking Consultant
This role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring and testing the SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking modules. The consultant will also be responsible for supporting these modules, integrating them with Employee Central, resolving incidents, and implementing system enhancements.
Role 2: SAP Employee Central Payroll Consultant
The candidate will manage configuration and support for SAP Employee Central Payroll, including testing and troubleshooting payroll functions, integrating payroll with Employee Central, and utilizing knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems. The role demands expertise in payroll processes and practical experience in implementation and support projects.
General Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience in either Time Off & Time Tracking or Employee Central Payroll domains
- Experience in full cycle implementation, rollouts, and ongoing support
- Preferred certifications in SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Analytical skills to support troubleshooting and system enhancements
