Role overview

The organization is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Administrator to support and improve HR systems and processes. The ideal person will enjoy working closely with the platform itself, solving configuration challenges, and partnering with internal teams to keep SuccessFactors running smoothly.

What you will do

  • Manage, enhance, and adapt HR processes configured in SAP SuccessFactors, including Role-Based Permission Management and Position Management.
  • Configure Employee Central, covering workflows, business rules, and data models.
  • Set up work schedules, leave calendars, and leave account structures.
  • Create and maintain business rules and workflows within the platform.
  • Handle data migration and bulk updates, such as updates to People Profiles or Positions.
  • Provide first- and second-level support to employees and managers using SuccessFactors modules.
  • Work with internal departments to identify practical solutions to business and system issues.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for other business applications that connect through technical interfaces.

What we are looking for

  • A graduate with at least 3 years of practical experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration and support, preferably with a strong focus on Employee Central and related modules.
  • Prior experience in HR or a similar role with at least 3 years of hands-on work.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors in an administrator capacity.
  • Sound understanding of Employee Central.
  • A genuine interest in configuring and improving the system, not only using it operationally.
  • Good grasp of SuccessFactors data structures, MDF objects, picklists, and RBP concepts.
  • Working knowledge of at least two modules among Recruiting & Onboarding, Learning, Time, Performance & Goals, Talent Intelligence Hub, and Compensation.
  • Clear understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, organizational management, time, and compensation, and how they appear in SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to build reports.
  • Comfort with numbers, Excel formulas, and logical relationships.
  • Strong analytical ability to break down complex issues and turn them into practical configuration solutions.
  • Independent, assertive, efficient, and well-organized working style.
