SAP SD Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking experienced SAP SD professionals to join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) at their Trivandrum office. TCS is a global leader in technology services with a focus on fostering growth for young technologists. This role is pivotal to project success, requiring strong expertise in SAP SD and related business processes. Candidates must have a valid EP number before attending the interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and manage the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) business cycle from inquiry through to payment.
• Configure pricing procedures including discounts, surcharges, freight, and taxes to ensure accurate pricing.
• Map organizational business structures to SAP by setting up Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Division, and Sales Area.
• Create and maintain master data including Customer Master, Material Master, and Customer-Material Info Records.
• Handle billing configurations and credit management, setting billing types and managing credit control processes based on payment history.
• Integrate SAP SD with SAP MM for stock checks and goods issues, with SAP FICO for automatic accounting postings, and with SAP PP for linking sales orders to production planning.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP Fiori, including the Business Partner concept and modern user interface applications.
• Familiarity with Output Management using Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF+).
• Basic understanding of ABAP programming to interpret code, perform debugging, utilize SAP Query, and develop functional specifications.

Additional Information

• Experience: 4 to 12 years in SAP SD with implementation and support projects.
• Location: Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
• Educational Qualification: BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc., or MS with at least 3 years of relevant IT experience post-qualification from full-time courses.
• Interview Preparation: Bring updated resume, TCS application form, government ID (PAN or Aadhaar), and two passport-size photographs.
