SAP S/4HANA Consultant (Fresher)

About the Role

Calibre Infotech is inviting recent graduates who have completed SAP training to join as SAP S/4HANA Consultants. This position is open to individuals with any undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Candidates must have successfully finished an SAP course and possess effective communication abilities. Immediate joining is preferred.

Training and Compensation

The initial three months involve training without remuneration. Upon successful completion of this training, a salary will be offered based on the candidate’s performance and the project they join.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and comprehend the client’s process workflows.
• Configure SAP modules tailored to meet business objectives.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation initiatives.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot functional or technical glitches.
• Create detailed project documentation and comprehensive user guides.
• Assist with data migration and system integration tasks.
• Deliver end-user training and provide assistance following system go-live.
• Monitor system performance and resolve emerging issues.
• Collaborate closely with both functional and technical teams to achieve project goals.
• Adhere to project standards and incorporate best practices.
• Attend client meetings and regularly report project progress.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance SAP competencies aligned with business needs.
