  • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership teams to facilitate migration from Compleat to the new Order Management platform.
  • Contribute to development and integrations on the emergent Order Management platform aligned with Technical Architect guidance.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a globally dispersed engineering team, managing capacity and prioritization in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple time zones with product managers, stakeholders, and business analysts.
  • Incorporate AI tools into development workflows to enhance testing, documentation, and operational efficiency.
  • Explore new technologies for their potential impact on automation and system integration.
  • Be willing to undertake domestic and international travel quarterly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, accessible work atmosphere where all employees feel welcomed, respected, and empowered to thrive.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficient in multiple technology stacks including VB.NET, C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Expertise in API design and integration methodologies covering REST, SOAP, and GraphQL.
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns such as event-driven architectures, messaging, and orchestration systems.
  • Background working with automation workflows, order management, or workflow platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, DevOps principles, and version control systems.
  • Ability to manage both legacy systems and new platform development concurrently.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services, GitHub including Actions workflow, and Datadog monitoring preferred.
