SAP MM Consultant with French Language Proficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procure-to-pay cycle including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoicing within SAP MM.
• Demonstrate strong SAP MM expertise with meticulous documentation practices.
• Utilize ticketing tools like Freshdesk or ServiceNow for operational management.
• Communicate professionally through emails and stakeholder calls to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Apply analytical thinking for root cause analysis, data monitoring, and managing exceptions.
• Handle complex procurement cases such as blocked invoices and goods receipt/invoice receipt reconciliation.
• Operate with a detailed focus on data accuracy and timely responses.
• Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support operational and analytical requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Certified French language proficiency at B1/B2 level (DELF/DALF certification required).
• Experience with SAP MM in material logistics and procurement functions.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes in aviation or manufacturing industries.
• Good understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms), delivery terms, and warehouse operations.
