SAP FI Module Specialist - Gandhinagar Location

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated SAP FI Module Specialist to join our team at Capgemini Technology Services in Ahmedabad. The role primarily focuses on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and support, involving both greenfield and brownfield projects. Candidates will engage with end-to-end SAP FI processes, integrating real-world ECC and S4 HANA scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP S/4HANA financial module implementations and provide ongoing support.
• Handle general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, asset accounting, procure to pay (P2P), order to cash (O2C), automatic payment programs, electronic bank statements (EBS), and document splitting functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest S4 HANA and ECC changes and incorporate them into practice.
• Draw upon previous implementation or support project experience to oversee full cycle processes and review business workflows.
• Conduct workshops to understand and map clients’ business processes in SAP, followed by solution demonstrations.
• Define chart of accounts including asset, bank, and integration accounts.
• Configure SAP Tax modules effectively.
• Ensure integration between procure-to-pay and finance modules concerning goods issuance and invoicing.
• Coordinate integration between order-to-cash and finance for delivery and billing processes.
• Set up bank accounting, manage accounts receivable and payable payments using DME and bank reconciliation procedures.
• Design and configure automatic payment processes.
• Implement various payment methods such as direct debit, cheque, debit card payments, ACH, lockbox, SEPA, BAI2, MT940 formats, integrating them into payment interfaces.
• Oversee new asset accounting configurations.
