Overview
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites experienced SAP FICO professionals to participate in a walk-in recruitment event at Trivandrum on August 8, 2026. TCS is a global leader in technology services and seeks to strengthen its team with skilled individuals who will play a foundational role in key SAP FICO projects. Candidates must have a valid EP number prior to the interview, which can be obtained by registering on TCS's official iBegin portal.
Job Role
The position is based in Trivandrum, Kerala, requiring 4 to 12 years of SAP FICO experience. The role involves managing financial accounting and controlling processes within SAP, supporting implementation and support projects, and ensuring integration across various SAP modules.
Core Responsibilities and Skills
- Manage Financial Accounting (FI) components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Treasury and Cash Management, and Firm Banking.
- Oversee Controlling (CO) components such as Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Project Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Investment Management.
- Configure SAP system settings to meet organizational needs and facilitate cross-module integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Handle data migration from legacy systems into SAP using tools such as LSMW and LTMC.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP ECC systems and transition knowledge to SAP S/4HANA Finance including real-time analytics and compliance with financial regulations (GAAP, IFRS).
- Create and interpret financial reports including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance module implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
