About the Role
Joining our team as a Consultant in the two-year Operations Excellence Program, you will engage closely with clients to drive impactful solutions that enhance their operations. You will tackle challenging problems through hypothesis development, rigorous analysis, and the provision of actionable recommendations. The program offers comprehensive on-the-job coaching complemented by structured capability-building training, providing you with advanced expertise in one of six operational areas, including capital excellence.
Your Impact
Within the Operations Practice, particularly in the Capital Excellence service line, you'll advise clients on strategic and operational challenges associated with major construction projects and essential capital initiatives. This role offers exposure across multiple industries and collaboration with diverse colleagues and clients, fostering a dynamic learning environment.

Your Profile
- Master’s degree with a record of outstanding academic achievement.
- Relevant initial experience related to capital excellence such as capital projects, management systems, real estate, infrastructure, or construction.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities either professionally or through extracurricular activities.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel for European assignments during workweeks.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient communication skills in English and local office language, both verbal and written, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
