About the Role
YASH Technologies is looking to hire a proficient SAP FICO Consultant experienced with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Application Management Services (AMS) and full-cycle implementations. The candidate will bring comprehensive functional know-how of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, particularly focusing on cloud ERP contexts. This person will partner with finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to architect scalable financial solutions in line with SAP Public Cloud best practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments, including at least one end-to-end implementation experience.
- Manage core FI processes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Gain working knowledge of Group Reporting functionalities.
- Collaborate with ABAP/technical teams on system enhancements, reporting, custom forms, and interface development.
- Lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing efforts to ensure solution readiness.
- Identify and resolve SAP FICO related issues adhering to SLA commitments.
- Oversee master data validation and migration tasks for project consistency.
- Maintain accurate project and process documentation throughout the engagement.
- Engage with business and finance stakeholders to understand requirements and provide continual improvement inputs.
- Demonstrate awareness of GST, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud configuration and application management services.
- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of key FI components: G/L, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting.
- Exposure to Group Reporting processes is advantageous.
- Ability to coordinate efficiently with technical teams for system customizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for timely troubleshooting of functional issues.
- Experience supporting master data activities and migration validations.
- Capable of producing and managing comprehensive project documentation.
- Understanding of GST and other fiscal compliance requirements.
