- Provide operational support for SAP environments focusing on SAP Basis and HANA technologies.
- Manage administration tasks for SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Work with SAP HANA and Oracle databases for maintenance and performance optimization.
- Conduct upgrades, monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
- Handle incident management efficiently and apply strong problem-solving techniques.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis HANA roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA administrative tasks.
- Experience with SAP HANA and Oracle database technologies.
- Proven abilities in system upgrades, monitoring tools, troubleshooting methodologies, and production environment support.
- Strong incident resolution and analytical problem-solving skills.
