About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic people who enjoy helping customers, working well with others, and building practical new skills while on the job. In this position, you’ll play a key part in creating a positive experience that keeps guests returning.
You’ll work closely with store management and fellow Sandwich Artists in a busy retail food environment, focusing on friendly service and consistently prepared food.
Key Duties
- Deliver warm, professional customer service throughout each shift.
- Prepare food items, including baking bread and cookies.
- Follow food safety procedures and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Carry out routine daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
- Contribute effectively as part of a team.
- Provide attentive service across products, sales, and guest requests.
- Help keep the workplace safe for both staff and customers.
Training and Work Setup
Training is provided on the job, with further development available for those who want it. A range of shifts and store locations may be available, which can help fit work around other commitments.
