A successful Client Relationship Manager immerses fully in Cuvée's collection to expertly represent our diverse destinations and offerings.
Reporting to the sales manager and collaborating with vertical and destination leaders alongside marketing, guest services, operations, and accounting teams, you'll employ effective sales and customer service strategies to identify client needs and close sales, delivering ideal luxury travel solutions.

- Deliver outstanding service to all current and prospective guests of Cuvée.
- Document all client interactions and sales activity within the HubSpot CRM system.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of ultra-luxury homes, destinations, and guest experiences offered by Cuvée.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in sales and business development, ideally engaging with high-net-worth individuals, luxury brands, or the travel industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and adeptness at managing time efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong ambition, driven to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Operates with urgency and consistently pursues higher standards.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as the role requires.
