Role Overview
This is a full-time position based on-site in Riyadh, focused on sales of medical instruments. The incumbent will establish and nurture relationships with hospital stakeholders such as procurement officials, medical personnel, and administrative staff to promote and sell medical equipment and related healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential hospital customers.
- Identify client requirements to tailor sales approaches effectively.
- Prepare quotations and skillfully negotiate purchase terms.
- Follow up to ensure successful closure of sales deals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor product offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee on-time delivery and provide post-sale support.
- Strive to achieve assigned sales targets and uphold a professional representation of the brand.
- Deliver reliable customer service conforming to healthcare industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in medical sales, specifically with medical instruments or related healthcare products.
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities allowing effective engagement with diverse hospital stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of medicine or pharmacy or relevant healthcare background to facilitate clinical product discussions.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives, including proficiency in negotiation, presentations, and account management.
- Understanding of hospital procurement procedures and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in healthcare, science, business, or related disciplines.
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and conduct frequent visits to hospitals and clinics.
- Strong organizational skills, dependability, and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
