- Enhance Opportunity Management capability within Salesforce.
- Build custom user interfaces, including Lightning Web Components.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, keep documentation current, and create and maintain test classes for custom work.
- Handle all aspects of user and licence administration, including onboarding and deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
Experience and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Salesforce initiatives.
- Ability to write, review, interpret, and challenge technical specifications.
- Strong focus on improving Salesforce solutions and refactoring existing code to align with best practice.
- Ability to gather requirements and present solution options clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience building solutions with a DevSecOps mindset.
- Salesforce and nCino certifications are advantageous.
