Overview
Join ASB as a Personal Assistant within the Lend & Protect Tribe, an essential part of one of ASB's largest and most dynamic technology and business teams based at the North Wharf office in Auckland. This role supports the Tribe Lead and helps ensure the smooth functioning of the tribe, which focuses on delivering valuable financial products and services related to lending and protection.

Position Responsibilities
- Manage the Tribe Lead’s diary, scheduling, inbox, and set priorities effectively.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, travel plans, and various business-related activities.
- Facilitate smooth communications and documentation flows within the tribe.
- Organize and execute large-scale tribe events such as quarterly planning sessions and team engagement activities.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders throughout ASB.
- Administer expenses, purchase requests, catering, and other operational tasks.
- Ensure accurate handling of records, documentation, and administrative procedures with confidentiality.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and remove obstacles to successful delivery.
- Champion continuous improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and processes.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an accomplished Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative professional adept at thriving in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. They are organized, attentive to detail, self-motivated, and capable of independently making decisions and resolving problems.
