Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking talented Salesforce Agentforce Consultants and Service Designers to join our team supporting upcoming projects centered around Salesforce and AI transformation initiatives. This position intersects artificial intelligence, customer experience, and Salesforce delivery, focusing on the design and implementation of intelligent, scalable, and user-centric solutions using Salesforce Agentforce technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven Agentforce solutions and devise customer journey strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into scalable solution designs.
- Facilitate journey mapping and process design workshops to enhance customer experience outcomes.
- Create AI workflows, design prompts, and develop conversational experience frameworks.
- Generate essential delivery documentation such as process maps, user stories, and high-level design artifacts.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, software developers, and AI teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Assist in testing phases, including user acceptance testing and continuous improvement of deployed systems.
- Foster strong client relationships contributing to effective project implementation.
Candidate Profile
- Experience utilizing Salesforce platforms including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
- Background in solution design, business analysis, or consulting roles.
- Skill in translating business requirements into functional, scalable solutions.
- Awareness or practical exposure to AI, Generative AI, and large language model concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, conversational design, or AI assistant technologies.
- Industry experience in financial services.
- Familiarity with system integrations such as MuleSoft or ETL tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages and tools including SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Possession of Salesforce certifications.
