SAP Delivery Lead - S/4HANA

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Delivery Lead to oversee the execution of SAP S/4HANA projects, collaborating closely with the Senior SAP Solution Architect. This role entails the responsibility of planning, managing, and delivering SAP solutions that meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. The Delivery Lead acts as a vital link between strategy and implementation, ensuring architectural solutions are effectively realized while leading dynamic cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of SAP S/4HANA initiatives, ensuring alignment with architecture and client goals.
• Coordinate project schedules, budget management, resources, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Serve as the main client liaison during project delivery to maintain transparent communication, update progress, and manage risks.
• Work alongside the Senior SAP Solution Architect to convert solution designs into executable delivery plans.
• Supervise quality assurance, testing, and integration efforts to ensure smooth deployment and user adoption.
• Mentor project members, encouraging teamwork, responsibility, and skill development.
• Proactively detect potential project risks or obstacles and implement strategic mitigation.
• Promote continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
• Utilize automation tools and advanced technology to optimize delivery processes and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated track record in managing and delivering SAP S/4HANA projects through complete project lifecycles.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant SAP modules, workflows, and integration concepts.
• Comprehensive project management expertise including planning, risk handling, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience collaborating with international and diverse teams on complex projects.
• Capability to translate technical and architectural blueprints into actionable project plans.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, SAP Activate methodology, and other delivery practices.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline; certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate are advantageous.
• Experience with emerging technology integration and automation to boost delivery success is beneficial.

Working Relationships

• Partner closely with the Senior SAP Solution Architect for seamless design-to-delivery transition.
• Lead delivery teams comprising SAP consultants, technical leads, and integration experts.
• Engage client stakeholders to align expectations and ensure effective solution adoption.
