About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Trainer to join a leading BFSI brand through Randstad. This role focuses on training sales teams in the credit cards and banca channel domain, driving strong business results through effective coaching on the ground.
Job Locations
This position offers multiple work locations including Haldwani, Ghaziabad, Kota, Faridabad, Jodhpur, Ludhiana, Kanpur, and Jhansi.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate induction and onboarding programs for newly recruited employees.
- Provide on-site, On-the-Job Training (OJT) at various bank branches.
- Conduct refresher training sessions aimed at enhancing sales team capabilities and performance.
- Educate bank staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement practices.
- Monitor individual and team sales outcomes to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.
- Lead initiatives that boost productivity and expand business through persistent coaching efforts.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree or MBA qualification.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in sales or training roles.
- Background in BFSI sector, specifically in credit card sales, is preferred.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
- Possession of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and willingness to travel regularly for field visits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly net salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹35,000.
