Role summary

The selected candidate will work as a Sales Trainee and contribute to the sales of financial products while meeting business targets. The role also includes customer support, stakeholder coordination, and team development responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell financial products and work toward achievement of the assigned sales goals.
  • Plan and execute marketing approaches that help drive product sales.
  • Provide support before and after sales to customers and clients.
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and channel partners, while aligning solutions to their needs.
  • Assist with manpower planning, manage teams, and support team members in delivering their work effectively.

Candidate profile

This opportunity is intended for post-graduate candidates, especially those with an MBA or PGDM specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI.

Experience and working expectations

Candidates should have 0 to 3 years of prior experience. They must maintain a high level of professionalism, stay motivated in a demanding and pressure-filled environment, and show the ability to achieve results under challenging conditions. The role requires willingness to work from any location, strong learning agility, readiness to learn on the job, and comfort with regular business travel within the assigned zone or region. Applicants should also be ambitious about building a long-term career in sales.

Compensation structure

The total compensation is INR 900,000 per year. In the first year, the fixed pay is INR 700,000 annually. An assured bonus of INR 100,000 is payable after completion of 1 year, subject to performance. A joining bonus of INR 100,000 is included in the first month’s salary and must be repaid if the Sales Leadership Program employee leaves the organization within the first year or is not confirmed due to performance-related issues. From year 2 onward, compensation shifts to the sales incentive plan of the respective line of business.
