About the Company
Ayurnnath Ayurveda is a rapidly expanding Ayurvedic healthcare brand focused on offering high-quality herbal wellness products throughout India. The business is scaling its sales function and is hiring an experienced leader to create, manage, coach, and grow an inbound telesales team.
Role Overview
This position is suited to a sales professional with solid experience in telesales leadership, inbound sales operations, team supervision, coaching, and revenue delivery. The selected candidate will lead telesales executives who manage inbound customer enquiries in Bengali and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and drive an inbound telesales team toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Raise lead-to-sale conversion through better process control and coaching.
- Guide sales executives with regular feedback, mentoring, and performance support.
- Review calls through monitoring, audits, and quality checks.
- Manage customer objections and resolve escalations during the sales process.
- Create and improve sales scripts along with objection-handling approaches.
- Track attendance, productivity, discipline, and overall sales execution.
- Prepare daily MIS updates, sales reports, and performance dashboards.
- Measure KPIs and implement action plans for performance improvement.
- Work with the digital marketing team to improve lead quality.
- Hire, train, and retain strong-performing sales professionals.
- Foster a motivated, high-performance sales environment.
Experience Required
The role calls for 3 to 8 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or call centre sales. A minimum of 2 years should have been spent in a leadership role such as Sales Team Leader, Telesales Team Leader, Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Head of Sales, or Call Centre Team Leader. The candidate should also have managed a team of at least 10 telecallers and maintained a strong record of meeting sales targets.
Industry Preference
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Ayurvedic products, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, herbal products, wellness, D2C brands, e-commerce, call centres, BPO, or inside sales.
Language Requirements
Bengali and Hindi are mandatory, while English is preferred.
Education
A graduate degree in any discipline is required. An MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an advantage, but it is not compulsory.
