About the Role
We are urgently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Team Leader to head our Loan Sales department. This role involves guiding and inspiring a team of sales executives to consistently meet and exceed business goals. As a key leader, you will foster customer connections, influence sales strategies, and actively contribute to company expansion.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership by mentoring and motivating your sales team to meet defined targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and give constructive feedback for improvement.
- Organize and conduct team meetings, training, and sales-related activities.
- Create and sustain an energetic, positive, and goal-oriented atmosphere within the team.
- Plan and implement strategies to boost loan sales and business growth.
- Assist the team in generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor behavior, and customers' evolving needs.
- Oversee smooth customer onboarding and loan processing operations.
- Guide customers toward selecting optimal financial products that meet their needs.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
