About the Role
Supro Consulting is seeking experienced professionals for a sales team leader position within the BFSI industry, based in Hassan, India. This role involves directly recruiting BFSI partners to expand and strengthen the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard partners who will receive a fixed salary and develop their own teams of sales agents.
- Oversee teams where agents generate income through commissions based on their sales performance.
Candidate Profile
- Graduates aged between 21 and 48 years.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales and marketing, preferably with exposure to Life Insurance.
- Must possess reliable two-wheeler transportation (bike).
- Strong communication skills are essential.
