Role overview

In this position, you will oversee the store’s front-end activity and help deliver a smooth, positive shopping experience. The role covers checkouts, customer service, loss prevention support, and day-to-day operational coordination.

You will also guide and motivate a team, building a supportive atmosphere where people feel encouraged to perform well. This is a practical leadership role that relies on strong organisation, initiative, and interpersonal ability.

What you will need

Success in this role calls for a confident retail leader with a genuine focus on customers. You should be comfortable leading people, managing processes, and staying effective in a busy, fast-moving setting.

• Background in leading teams and helping them develop
• Clear communication and solid organisational capability
• Working knowledge of cash handling and checkout operations
• Ability to read plans and turn them into action
• Positive attitude, resilience, and comfort working under pressure
