Role overview
We Get Any Stock Ltd is looking for an energetic and goal-focused Sales Representative who can speak Chinese. This position suits someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, builds rapport easily, and is motivated by sales targets and incentive-based earnings.
What you'll do
- Prospect for fresh business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and preserve strong working relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce, explain, and sell products or services in a persuasive and confident way.
- Assess customer needs and match them with suitable solutions.
- Meet assigned sales goals and delivery timelines.
- Track sales results and share customer feedback through reports.
- Work with internal colleagues to keep clients satisfied and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Keep product details and market developments up to date.
- Take part in meetings, training, and company events when needed.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in sales or another customer-facing position.
- Good communication, negotiation, and people skills.
- Comfortable working on your own as well as with a team.
- A self-starting attitude with a strong focus on targets and results.
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel to Luton or relocate there before starting.
- Chinese language skills are mandatory.
Education and work details
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related subject is preferred. Candidates must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom and be able to work on-site in Luton.
