Job Overview
As a Sales Representative for Anesthesia & Patient Monitoring in Northern Bavaria, you will promote and sell premium medical devices such as the Ambu bag within the regions of Nuremberg, Erlangen, Regensburg, and Würzburg. Your mission involves managing an established territory with loyal clients while expanding professional relationships and acquiring new customers with a focus on anesthesia and patient monitoring sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact person for hospitals and clinics regarding anesthesia and patient monitoring products.
- Provide independent and dependable support to customers with high professional standards.
- Demonstrate dedication and customer-centric work ethics.
- Plan and execute sales projects to meet predetermined annual targets.
- Grow existing client accounts and conduct independent new customer acquisition, including negotiations and contract implementation in clinical settings.
- Coordinate and deliver workshops, product training sessions, and customer events.
- Negotiate and facilitate contract agreements within clinics.

Qualifications and Skills
- Successfully completed business or medical training.
- Experience in anesthesia, intensive care, or single-use medical products along with enthusiasm for a sales career in external client engagement.
- Proven sales experience and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good commercial acumen and effective communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel, self-motivated, and highly committed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and English language skills.
- Residence within the specified sales region or readiness to relocate.
