Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and accurately identify their footwear preferences and needs.
• Suggest products that align with individual customer tastes and requirements.
• Consistently meet personal and store-wide sales objectives.
• Effectively contribute towards major retail performance metrics like Conversion rates, Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Selling Price (ASP), and Average Basket Value (ABV).
• Actively promote high-end products and current promotional offers to boost sales figures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster repeat business and long-term relationships.
• Maintain store hygiene, organize visual merchandising, and ensure product displays adhere to brand standards.
• Restock the sales area regularly, ensuring an appropriate selection of sizes is available.
• Assist in activities such as stock receiving, inventory checks, and stock audits.
• Support billing operations and handle cash transactions accurately when necessary.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
• Facilitate Omni-channel retail services including Click & Collect, Endless Aisle, or Home Delivery as applicable.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
