Job Overview

This position involves working as a Sales Promoter at various outlets throughout Delhi. The selected candidate will be assigned the nearest store across multiple areas including North, Central, West, South, and East Delhi.

North Delhi: Mukherjee Nagar, Model Town, Ashok Vihar, Rohini, Pitampura
Central Delhi: Karol Bagh, Old Rajender Nagar, Patel Nagar, Connaught Place (CP)
West Delhi: Dwarka, Janakpuri, Vikaspuri, Paschim Vihar, Tagore Garden
South Delhi: C.R. Park, Lajpat Nagar, Vasant Kunj, Malviya Nagar, R.K. Puram
East Delhi: Mayur Vihar, Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar, Shakarpur, Dilshad Garden, Yamuna Vihar, Gandhi Nagar

Salary and Working Hours

The position offers a daily wage of ₹450 with working days from Monday through Friday. Each working day consists of 4 hours, specifically from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Eligibility Criteria

Age between 18 and 30 years
Completed 12th standard education (Intermediate)
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, writing instruments, or similar product categories
Strong communication and interpersonal skills accompanied by effective sales abilities

Key Responsibilities

Perform promotional activities both inside stores and outdoors
Showcase products and communicate their features and advantages to customers
Sell products by offering a 10% discount to customers
Hand out promotional flyers and leaflets
Respond to customer questions and concerns
Gather customer feedback for improvements
