Loan Process Executive - SMFG Rural (Voice Process)

About the Role

We are recruiting a Loan Process Executive specializing in rural loan processing under the SMFG Rural profile. This full-time voice process position is based at Symphony IT Park, Chandivali, Mumbai. Candidates will engage in answering customer calls and managing loan-related data with attention to accuracy and adherence to established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process rural loan-related calls and associated documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address loan queries and provide assistance.
• Maintain precise data handling and follow organizational process guidelines diligently.
• Strive to meet monthly targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• Minimum education: SSC or HSC pass certificate.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient average-level English communication skills are mandatory.
• Previous experience in BPO or telecalling is preferred; however, fresh candidates demonstrating good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Essential documents for hiring include SSC and HSC marksheets (either soft or hard copies), Aadhar Card, and PAN Card for identity verification.

Work Schedule and Salary

• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
• Weekly holidays include 2 fixed Sundays off plus 2 additional rotational Sundays off.
• Offered salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 (in-hand) per month, supplemented by monthly incentives from ₹1,000 up to ₹10,000 depending on performance.
