Key Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for customers and dealership staff as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles by thoroughly cleaning both interiors and exteriors.
• Perform general upkeep of dealership grounds and buildings.
• Organize daily vehicle parking for sales and service departments.
• Remove protective coverings and identification tags from vehicles before delivery to customers.
• Inspect vehicles for any stains, debris, or damages and promptly report any issues.
• Assist with service write-ups, vehicle tagging, shop clean-up, and deliveries.
• Perform seasonal cleaning tasks such as snow removal from vehicles.
• Identify merchandising needs or lot issues and communicate them to management.
• Place advertising signage on and inside vehicles.
• Monitor and coordinate vehicle progress through the reconditioning process.
• Maintain lot cleanliness, including garbage removal.
• Ensure cars and showroom displays are clean and smudge-free.
• Deliver dealer trades to nearby stores and provide transportation home for customers when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Interest in the automotive sector and knowledge about vehicles.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Capability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience using cleaning products and equipment such as power washers is advantageous.
• Dependable and reliable with a strong eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
