Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our team to focus on driving sales initiatives for HDFC products in the cities of Gurdaspur, Pathankot, Jalandhar, and Ludhiana. The candidate will engage in relationship building, team coordination, and channel management to meet sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Map out target areas and geographies for focused sales activities.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key sources and partners.
- Prepare and maintain detailed sales and activity reports.
- Recruit channel partners to expand the sales network effectively.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review goals and strategies.
- Manage ongoing customer interactions to strengthen and retain the client base.
Requirements and Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree in any discipline and possess a strong background in sales, particularly in mortgage or home loan products. Competency in relationship management and channel sales is essential.
