Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads to expand business opportunities.
• Market and sell various solar products including rooftop systems, batteries, inverters, and EV chargers.
• Manage sales activities for both business clients—such as dealers, distributors, builders, industries, and institutions—and residential customers.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver product demonstrations, and perform site visits as needed.
• Prepare and submit quotations and ensure follow-ups to close sales.
• Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Meet monthly sales targets while nurturing customer relationships for sustained engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate or diploma holder in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Between 1 to 5 years sales experience, preferably in solar, electrical, or renewable energy industries; however, fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM software.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capability and willingness to travel for client engagements.
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
