Job Description
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of retail and wholesale counters, building strong customer relationships and driving sales with honesty and integrity. Occasional travel to districts with significant business activity may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve both retail (individual buyers) and wholesale (bulk buyers) customers attentively, understanding their needs thoroughly.
- Manage daily operations, billing processes, and staff supervision across both retail and wholesale counters.
- Maintain enduring positive relationships with wholesale dealers and regular retail clientele.
- Keep accurate daily sales records and monitor stock levels regularly.
- Quickly and effectively address customer complaints and queries with calmness and understanding.
