Sales & Marketing Executive

Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India to manage admissions for fitness training batches. This role involves handling leads provided by the marketing team and achieving set admission targets for regular and Sunday batches.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure at least 30 admissions for each Regular Training Batch held bi-monthly.
• Achieve a minimum of 50 admissions for Sunday Training Batches occurring every three months.
• Manage and promptly follow up on all student leads provided by the internal marketing department.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of each lead's progress, follow-ups, and conversion status within the CRM platform.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on lead conversions to the management team.
• Strive to convert the majority of marketing-generated leads into confirmed student enrollments.
• Consistently meet or surpass assigned admission goals while upholding exceptional customer service and student support standards.
