Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to enhance our expanding home maintenance and renovation services in Dubai. This role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales leads.
• Market our home maintenance, renovation, fit-out, cleaning, and technical service offerings.
• Engage with clients to understand and address their needs effectively.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, following up diligently on inquiries.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives for business development.
• Keep detailed records of leads and sales activities within the CRM system.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience within the UAE, preferably in maintenance, renovation, fit-out, or construction sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• A proactive, motivated approach with a focus on achieving results.
• Holding a UAE driving license is advantageous.
• Exceptional proficiency in English communication.
