Sales & Marketing Executive - Solar Energy

About the Role

Comptech Training & Technologies is looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Executive specializing in Solar Energy solutions. Located in Patna, Bihar, this position focuses on promoting rooftop solar installations and associated government subsidy programs. The role involves extensive field interaction, project coordination, and maintaining strong customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through lead generation and convert prospects into confirmed sales.
• Advocate rooftop solar systems alongside educating clients about government subsidy initiatives available for solar energy.
• Engage directly with customers, conduct site evaluations, and draft detailed quotations accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with the solar installation team to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing comprehensive after-sales support to enhance satisfaction and trust.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals while documenting and tracking sales activities properly.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Candidates should have completed at least 12th grade or possess a BTech degree in Mechanical or Electronics, or be graduates in any other discipline.
• Excellent communication and sales capabilities are essential.
• Prior experience in solar industry sales, electrical sales, or direct field sales is advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake travel for on-site customer visits and assessments is required.
