Job description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in managing sales networks within the fertilizer industry around Indore and nearby districts. The candidate will be responsible for dealer network development and executing sales tours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dealer network effectively in Indore and up to five surrounding districts.
- Conduct mandatory touring at least twice a week to maintain sales relationships and support network expansion.
- Drive sales growth through proactive engagement with distributors and dealers.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the fertilizer sales domain, preferably with dealer network management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for field sales and network building.
Compensation and Incentives
A monthly salary in the range of INR 15,000 to 18,000 will be provided, along with performance-based incentives for achieving sales targets.
